Bump it!The Ground Launch Center™ of California is holding a Speed Flying Boogie and ground launching course July 1-4, 2010. This is a great opportunity for beginners to learn how to ground launch parachutes or speed gliders. We invite Speed Flyers, mountain swoopers, bladerunners and paragliders to come out and join the festivities at the boogie!
We will have trucks taking pilots to the launch points every 15 minutes all day every day! Come practice your parachute accuracy, swoop the ridges or race friends with your speed glider. We will have a party saturday night and watch the spectacular firework display over beautiful Lake Isabella! Experienced pilots only pay $50 for the boogie to cover your lift tickets. Students get to participate in all four days of the training camp and the boogie for only $500. Camping is available at the Ground Launch Center™. We have space available at our bunk house for only $50 a day which includes all three meals! The bunk house is where we gather before and after the festivities each day to watch video and socialize.
